THE SHORT VERSION
Privacy
This site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and uses only the cookies needed to complete an order. Browsing it does not ask for personal information.
Buying
Payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and email under its own privacy policy; Tidy Tangent never sees or stores your card number. We keep your email address and what you bought so we can send your receipt and download link and answer support questions. We email you only about your order, never marketing.
Hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service.
Order email
Your download link is emailed by our order system through Cloudflare's email service; replies go to hello@tidytangent.com. Stripe emails your payment receipt separately.
If you write to hello@tidytangent.com, we use your message and address only to reply. We do not sell or share them.
